"Rates this week fell to an 8-month low hovering around 6.6%. The FED has hinted at 3-4 interest rates cuts this year and the market has priced in a 78% chance that the FED cuts in March. Inflation numbers that came out yesterday and today are showing the downward trend that the FED wants. Expect rates to continue to fall through the rest of the year. While there might be bumps along the road this is a great sign for the real estate market moving forward!"
